- Once you place your order with us, it will take 1-3 business days for an order to be processed and dispatched.
- If you are customizing your own design, do note that it may take up to 7 business days.
- Kindly note that during peak periods / high volume of orders, the duration required will be longer than usual.
- Do contact us in advance before placing your order if you are urgent so that we can advise you.
- We do understand that sometimes you may have miss out adding certain items or would like to purchase more products from Printables, however, once your order is submitted we are unable to change it even if you just submitted.
- If you would like to purchase more, we would recommend you to place in a brand new separate order.
- If you would like to cancel an order that is made within 24 hours of purchase, kindly email us at email@example.com with your order details.
- Do note that cancellation is subjected to approval, if your order has already been processed, we will not be able to cancel the order.
- We recommend you to call us immediately to avoid situation whereby your order has already been processed.
- For all cancellation order, we will not refund the fees charges by our 3rd party payment methods.
- Printables are unable to make any changes to your order once submitted.
- However, an alternative options - You may be able to cancel the order and place a new order instead.

For payment made via Paynow, the order will only be processsed once payment is receive.
Products & Design
There are three options for designing and customizing a product. Click a product and choose one of the options below:
1. Custom Design: You get to customize the products. Click it to open our designing studio and use multiple tools to create your own design.
2. Upload Design: Using this option, you can upload your own JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG, EPS, AI, PDF and PSD images. Do ensure you saved your file in High Resolution (300dpi).
3. Browse Design: You can select hundreds of pre-loaded templates. Work on them or customize them through our designing studio.
The type of paper used for difference purposes is expressed in weight. In the countries following the European system, it is grammes per square metre (gsm or g/m2 or simply g) and in the US system it is Pound (lb).
The paper used for writing/printing (letterheads and such stationery) is generally between 60 to 120 gsm (20 to 70 lb) and is called the paper or text stock. Anything heavier than this is considered the card stock, i.e. the paper used for business cards, postcards, greeting cards, etc.
Coated papers are available in two finishes – Glossy (shiny and smooth) and Matt (flat and lusterless). Coated glossy papers reflect the light evenly so they are suitable for almost all types of printing jobs. Glossy papers have a good ink holdout, which is important for creating sharp and bright images.
Our system supports RGB (red, green, blue) for producing digital prints. We have accurately mapped color pallet to match RGB to CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, key) to ensure proper 4-color printing.
The resolution size recommened will be 300 dpi (dots per inch).

Returns & Exchanges
- We sincerely apologize that you did not manage to receive the items in good conditions.
- Kindly take a picture of the damaged products, indicate your order details and send it to email@example.com and our team would love to assist you further.
- Printables will not be able to do an exchange of product once you received the order.
- However, in the event if Printables send you the wrong order, do contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details and we would be glad to assist you further. We apologize for the wrong order that was sent to you.
- Refund will only be applicable if the terms and conditions for refund policy met.

Order & Shipping
Yes, Printables ship worldwide. Please ensure you key in the correct address and select your shipping method accordingly.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number to track your parcel.
- Kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you did not receive your tracking number within 3 business days after you place your order and up to 7 business days for customizing products.
- You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched, you can use the tracking number to trace where the parcel is.
- If there is a long delay and no updates, kindly contact the postal service that is handling your order and provide them your tracking number for them to investigate it further.
- Alternatively, kindly provide us your order number and the tracking number at email@example.com and our team will be glad to assist you further.
- Kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and provide us the items missing from your delivery and we will track it with our system to verify.
- Once verified, we will advise you further. Printables will contact our customer in advance when we are shipping out partial delivey.
- Overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be imposed depending on your destination.
- Unless otherwise stated, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay any overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be imposed.
- Printables will not be paying for any custom tax or other related fees.
